Wyboston Lakes is our 380-acre site nestled in stunning rural countryside along the banks of the Great River Ouse. Situated between Cambridge and Milton Keynes we're easily accessible for your delegates by road, rail and air.

With extensive on-site facilities and those ‘nice to haves’ such as free parking and EV charging on-site, Wyboston Lakes is more than just a place to work.

Our on-site restaurants have their own style, but all have menus designed to ensure delegates are well nourished and energised. From relaxed buffet and street food options to two and three course meals, our restaurants can provide it all.

We have a total of 416 comfy bedrooms across the resort. The perfect place for delegates to recharge after a long day.

At Your Leisure.

Delegates can enjoy a whole host of leisure facilities. From competitive socialising spaces, wellness spots, jogging routes, golf course, driving range, spa, and health club.

Go Outdoors!

We have some great space outdoors to explore. The resort is also home to a Nature Reserve operated by the Wildlife Trust. We can offer something a little bit different for you delegates.

You and your delegates can feel comfortable knowing all electricity used on site is either produced by our own renewable sources, or from green energy tariffs.

If you've got multi-day training or events, then you and your delegates can get involved with our latest initiative. Its aimed at reducing our carbon emissions, but more so helping three amazing, local charities. All you have to do? Opt out of having your bedroom cleaned. #MessyWithMeaning.

Hating On Wasting.

We're zero to landfill and have been since 2015, and our biodigestors mean that food waste is repurposed and used on-site as soil nutrients.
