BY ROAD

We're centrally located midway between Cambridge and Milton Keynes - just a stones throw from the A1, off the A421 junction.

BY RAIL

St. Neots station is 10 minutes away, on the Great Northern Services Line which, a 48 minute train from London King's Cross and London St. Pancras.

BY PLANE

Both Luton and Stansted airports are under an hour a way, whilst Heathrow is approximately 70 minutes away. Direct trains run straight from Gatwick airport.

BY ROAD - NORTH OR SOUTH

Leave A1 at A428 junction (signposted Cambridge). From the North take the third exit at the roundabout. From the South, take the fourth exit at the roundabout (back towards A1).

BY ROAD - EAST

From Cambridge and M11, take A428 (signposted Bedford).
Take the first exit at roundabout just before junction with A1.

BY ROAD - WEST

From Bedofrd and M1 at junction 13, take A421 (signposted Cambridge). Join A1 north and leave at A428 junction (signposted Cambridge). Take fourth exit at roundabout (back towards A1).

We have tried to make this as easy as possible for all users in the hope it will encourage more EV drivers in the future. The best thing about charging with us is that it's all renewable energy so you are being super green!

Our 10 Tesla Superchargers are located at The Waterfront Hotel and are available 24/7. These chargers are now available for all EV models.

The Tesla Supercharger is the fastest charging option when you're away from home, allowing you to charge your car up to 200 miles in 15 minutes.

Those 3,200 solar panels you might spot aren't just for show - they're generating 1.4 MWh of renewable energy. And if you've arrived in an electric vehicle, you can juice up at one of our 30 charging points while you're here.

BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE!

Look out for our Aqua Libre Water Stations throughout the resort. By bringing your own bottle, you're helping us save more than the 25,900 plastic bottles we've already kept out of landfill. Your water will taste better too!

Simply opt out of room servicing during your 2+ night conference stay, and we'll make a donation to Woodgreen Animal Shelter, The Pavement Project or Samuel Pepys School on your behalf. Just hang your door hanger before 10am to participate.

We've maintained zero waste to landfill since 2015.

All those food scraps from your coffee breaks? They're processed through our on-site biodigester and turned into compost for our grounds. Circle of life stuff.

Our 380 acres of rewilded landscape and 6,000 plants in living walls aren't just pretty - they're working hard to support biodiversity. We've partnered with the Wildlife Trust to create an on-site nature reserve that's thriving with local species.
